The Roman Catholic Diocese of Rochester serves 12 counties in New York, extending from the south of Lake Ontario, through the Finger Lakes region and south to the New York / Pennsylvania border. This includes over 350,000 Catholics, 86 parishes,18 diocesan elementary schools and seven independent parochial high schools.

Rochester was overwhelmed with keeping track of where teachers, coaches, and catechists were on their certification path. Members of the church didn’t know about the resources being made available to them.

They needed an easy to use, affordable, single source technology that could deliver content, reporting, with one site to access all of their management needs.

The Diocese of Rochester partnered with us on a journey that began with a Learning Management System (LMS) to create and deliver online courses and training to employees, volunteers, ministers, and catechists.

Administrators are provided with an instant view of what content is being consumed and mastered. Tracking catechists along their personal certification path provides data on areas of needs.

Now members throughout the entire diocese have access to these resources from anywhere anytime.
